#Is there any tool that allows me to see exactly how I should cable a cluster with e.g. 3 stacks?

Let's say I have a HA pair of FAS8300 and 6 diskshelves that I want to split into 3 different stacks.
Is there any tool that tells me exactly how to cable these shelves or do I just have to go with old cabling rules?

yes. Here is the cabling guide with the exact rules

#

or rather here, which are the basic rules

@fringe crown
Yeah I started to paint the picture using the basic rules, but was hoping that I could build the cluster in some program and get the cabling printed out.

But this is what I got.
If you would like to verify 🙂

I have my own solution. It goes like this

Identity all your ports (like 0a-0d, 1a-1d. 2a-2d

Then first stack
0a/1d
second
1a/2d
third
2a/0d
fourth
0c/1b
fifth
1c/2b
sixth
2c/0b
