I there, we have a setup where we used ONTAP Tools to setup a SMas setup between two clusters... we have 4 volumes in our consistency group now.
We would like to pull out one of the volumes and add in another one... currently we do not have ONTAP Tools avaliabale (because of "reasons") 🙂
So we have to do all this by hand... but I am a bit unsure as to what goes first... I can see that I can use the consistency-group command to remove the volume member... but what is the procedure when I had to add one? Do I first create a new volume, then setup snapmirror and then add it to the group? Or will the group take care of this for me? Also we need to create a LUN on this volume.... a fun little task 😉
