#BXP console no longer offers CVO upgrade

it depends on what version they have pushed to the console.
I always check the downloads on the website, and manually update from that
This is what ours shows, the RC1 release of 9.17.1
Guessing you need to update the connector maybe, and try a manual push (if you don't know how to do that from bxp i can help with that)
Late last week when I logged into BXP and noticed the new console, I did have those upgrade options in your screenshot, but now I don't have any upgrade options. Yes, how do you do a manual push?
download the file from the NetApp support site
Copy the file to the connector in the following location
/opt/application/netapp/cloudmanager/docker_occm/data/ontap/images
In BXP go to the workspace you are wanting to upgrade
In the upper right corner, click the hamburger
Update ONTAP version
Put in your connectors IP and the file
http://10.10.10.10/ontap/images/9161P7_v_image.tgz
and it will update correctly from there
Thanks. I'll give it a try. Do you know if the upgrade will immediately start when I enter the path to the file, or will I have a chance to cancel the upgrade? I want to confirm that the file can be accessed, but I don't want to actually upgrade until my scheduled maintenance window begins.
it will start the upload and you can go to the timeline to see the status
You can always watch the upgrade in progress on the cluster GUI
https://10.10.10.10/sysmgr/v4/cluster/update/ontap
you can cancel from there, see the previous updates, etc
Rebooting the connector solved my issue. I can now see upgrade options.
