Hey there,
I'm currently migrating a number of RHEL VMs from an on-premises vSphere environment to Azure VMware Solution (AVS) using HCX. Many of these VMs have NFS-mounted shares that host active databases, so I need to coordinate the cutover of both the VMs and their associated NFS shares.
For the NFS data migration to Azure NetApp Files (ANF), I’m evaluating options that support continuous sync and allow me to cut over specific shares at a time of my choosing. Right now, I’m considering NetApp XCP and NetApp Cloud Sync, but I’m unsure which would be more suitable for this scenario.
Has anyone tackled a similar migration? I'd appreciate insights on which tool worked best with minimal disruption.
