We wanted to create 127TB of PVC size with netapp. Do you have any limitation for creating the PVC size with trident?

Trident shouldn't care. As long as ONTAP doesn't complain, there should be no problems with it. Trident just passes the number through an API to ONTAP. It should just be another number to Trident.

16 TiB is the max default size of a LUN. For 127 TiB you need to enable large volume/file support
