I have two instances of UM installed and they both have stopped being usable. Login is now taking 20+ minutes to login, selecting menu items like volumes/shares etc can take 10+ minutes.

I do have a ticket opened, waiting on engineering escolation as front line has not been useful. I am hoping someone might have suggestions on where to look.

Reboot didn't resolve the issue.
Log collection fails (just returns with no output).
CPU/Memory/Disk all look good.

I can partly confirm it. I opened a case because we have similare issues with one of our clients AIQUM setup.
It was a complete new setup, because first there was an issue add the clusters, because of the certificates.

Which version do you have? Maybe it is a issue with the newest version.

which version? have 4 AIQUM with 9.16P1 and no problems so far.

The issue appears to have been something with the syslog auditing. Once we could get to the screen and disable it, the problem went away. After 24 we tried to re-enable it and could not reproduce the problem. Still trying to get to the bottom of it, but right now things are normal again.

Rule of thumb, document everything yo do, so when you have a problem you can say "What was the last thing I did?" and then undo it.
