#What is the collector in harvest which gather or calculate the metric volume_size_used_percent?
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
@prime mesa metric volume_size_used_percent would be populated from volume.yaml template either from Zapi or Rest based on the collector used for that cluster.
Could you check which collector has been used for this poller in harvest.yaml config file ?
The mapping of Harvest metrics to templates can be found here https://netapp.github.io/harvest/nightly/ontap-metrics/#volume_size_used_percent
Can you also share the log files for the poller that is missing the metric? Email the log file to ng-harvest-files@netapp.com
Hello @pliant sail,
The order for the collector in my hartvest.yml is first Zapi and then Rest but I have tried to change that order and restart the service and the problem persists.
The thing is happening with all pollers, that is to say any poller has the metric in this instance of harvest.
@prime mesa , Understood.
Could you confirm that any volume.yaml templates has been customized or not in Rest or Zapi collector?
Also, Could you share the log files for that poller as Chris mentioned? Email to ng-harvest-files@netapp.com
@pliant sail We don't have any customization on the Volume object level in Rest or Zapi collector. Aditionally, we have deployed this instance of harvest in the same way/conf that other which is gathering the metric.
Aditionally, we have sent the logs for some pollers but we have the same issue in all of them.
