Can you provide a screenshot of the whole console? Be sure to redact private info like hostnames or IPs.
These OVA/vApp deployments are typically Linux and the error could be a pre-OS or OS error. I’m hoping there’s something else on the console that provides context to the error. If you have support on any controller used with that instance of OTV, you should open a support case and provide the screenshot with that too.
I found a KB with a similar error code and the root cause/solution could be the same here. Unfortunately the steps are internal, so you'll need to get a support case open and refer to this KB:
