Has anyone had this issue where Digital advisor reports issues on the Dashboard Tiles and then No Issues in the details pane? Is there a way to rectify this, have I misunderstood the metrics?

More detail: In the first Screenshot, I see that there is 1 Action under Security and Ransomware, When I drill down into the details, it shows "No Risks" as seen in the second Screenshot.
