#Best Practice Aggregate config for AFF-C30

I am using 10x15.3TB disks and want to create aggregate with best practices, the disks were already partitioned when I booted and created the cluster.

Would like to know which RAID to choose ? DP/TEC ? How many spares are recommended ?
