Can anyone help me confirm if SAN lifs particularly ISCSI Lifs can Failover automatically in ONTAP. I understood that SAN lifs do NOT failover but rather rely on ALUA for Path optimization in the event of a Lif / port going offline. I heard a discussion that ISCSI Lif Failover is possible now. I am struggling to find any confirmation of this.
