Im trying to find a list of compatible SFP modules for long range single mode fiber with lc connectors. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I assume you're looking at the X1152 card? If so, the X6604A would be the SFP for 10G 10km Longwave connections. For the FC card, your only option would be the X6608A (8/16/32Gb FC). The onboard ports don't support Longwave at all (but they're reserved for the cluster network anyway)

basically you select AFF Series under products, then choose the A220 single-chassis HA pair, select your ONTAP version, and then in the result list click on "Adapter cards". There you can select the card and then choose the connectivity (copper, optical, 10g/25g/whatever) to see your SFP options
