Some of my SQL servers the SCW plugin is being removed when I try to upgrade the plugins from 5.0 to 6.1. What should I try?

Check the requirements of the new SC version... some Windows versions are not supported anylonger... and we had a similar issue... we ended up installing the old agents (by hand) which worked... (they are still backwards compatible)

Yep, but I managed to reinstall the old supported plugin (manually) and got it working again.. It just complains about it it SnapCenter, but the backups are done 😉

Yeah says mandatory upgrade lol but backs up fine
We got about 4 vms left to migration to 2022. I'm sure if you twist netapps arm they will help if any issues

Thanks for the information. For the manual install, what syntax did you use for the silent installation? Can I get around the silent installation?
