#CVO: License Capacity question

I'm trying to figure out CVO license sizing.

https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/bluexp-cloud-volumes-ontap/concept-licensing-charging.html#max-number-of-systems

<snip>
For the Essentials package, the 4 TiB minimum capacity charge doesn't apply to storage VMs that contain secondary (data protection) volumes only. For example, if you have a storage VM with 1 TiB of secondary data, then you're charged just for that 1 TiB of data. With all other non-Essentials package types (Optimized and Professional), the minimum capacity charging of 4 TiB applies regardless of the volume type.
<snip>

If we have CVO Professional (HA 2 Node) running with 2 x SVMs

SVM1 is with 6TB of Data
SVM2 is with 150Gb of Data

We need 10TiB of licenses

SVM1 = 6 TiB
SVM2 = 4TiB (as 4 TiB is the minimum amount )

If we then look at SVM-DR mirroring this prod data to a CVO Essentials in another region (non-ha standalone)

SVM1 = 6TiB
SVM2 = 150GB

so we need 6.15 TiB license right as these will be DP volumes and we only need to license the DP size not the minimum 4TiB ?

If we have to cut over to "DR" im assuming the volume moves from DP what happens then ?
