did the AFF A20 or the A30 replace the A250 model? does anyone have a list of which new model replaces which old one?

the A20 A30 are good targets for A250 workloads.
but so might the A50.
A50/A70 are good targets for A400 refresh.
A70/A90/A1K are good targets for A800s
A90/A1K are good targets for the A900.
Always best to work the the account team to ID what is the most optimal system to refresh/upgrade with.

AFF A20 is pcie gen4 system with ddr5 ram ; does not support QAT ( it is in one FAQ for the new gen ) all the rest are PCIE gen 5 with DDR5 and QAT enabled .
A20 replaces A150 ; A30 is near A400 performance and a replacement for A250 ; A50 and A70 have similar peformance and are replacement for A400 but 2x performance ; A90 is basically replacement to A800 but more performant ; A1k is a special one should replace A900 but is more focused to HPC solution / AI stuff

A1k is a fully redundant, share nothing system. Every other platform has a shared backplane or midplane. The A1K is two separate controllers in two separate chassis
