We are migrating data from an old NetApp system to a new NetApp system for an end customer using SVM-DR.
We noticed that the max autosize on the destination changes from a manually set value (e.g. 1.2TB) to the max volume value of 100TB. For the relationship we use the parameter: -identity-preserve with the value true.
How can this behavior be explained?

hello, when you create a volume with type DP (for snapmirror or svm-dr) the default max-autosize is 100TB.

Once you cut it over to the new system, you can manually change it back if you wish.
