hi, I try to find a documentation to stop and restart on a site a metrocluster configuration fc in 7-mode. I haven’t found anything on the subject yet. Does anyone have this in their archives? Thanks

cf takeover on the surviving site and then wait till the other controller is in LOADER /CFE. Then just power it down

when powering up, just wait till it is "ready for giveback" and then do "cf giveback" on the surviving site

Thank you for your prompt response.
I did not say that the shelfs, Atto bridge and Fc switches will also be power off. All this equipment will be moved out of the bay.
Is the takeover still correct or other actions are required ?

yes, it is still the correct procedure. After the takeover, you can power down the ATTO bridges and the shelves on one site. You can even power doen the shelves/attos first, but I usually did it after the takeover

However, I suggest you check the aggregate status on both controllers before, to make sure that they are indeed in mirrored state (and not degraded)
