Hi all,
is there a best-practices to create a 3 sites grid? Example, how many admin nodes, gateway nodes, ilm suggestions...

ILM is a matter of protection vs efficiency. For admin nodes, what is the latency like between sites? If it is a high latency or risk of them dropping secondary admin nodes could be used at the additional sites to help mitigate some issues, but isn't neccesary if those aren't issues. Its more about your load balancers. There should be load balancers at each site to allow for local traffic and performance.
