On some of my volumes I'm seeing a different list of qtrees from the /storage/qtrees API than what "qtree show" displays. It's completely reproducible, and not because qtrees are being created and deleted (the affected volumes are snapmirror destinations that are only updated daily). Is this ever expected, or is there any known bug that would cause this?

303, but only 295 according to the REST API. The API isn't just missing 8 qtrees, though, it's missing 31 qtrees and includes 23 that don't exist (that were deleted at some point in the past).

There seems to be a discrepancy between CLI, REST API and REST-private API outputs. For e.g., Qtree “user-21760” appears in the CLI and REST outputs but missing from REST-private output

REST-private output is the same as the CLI; you're looking at output from two different times. What logs do you need?
