Hi All, is it possible to transfer data from production to DR using third party solution, our network bandwidth is low and latency is very high, we are looking for external fast solution for this.

If you have some swing gear available (another FAS with enough storage) you can simply replicate the data to it, ship the hardware to your DR location and then replicate it locally.

Wait... are you looking for a one-time transfer from production to the DR site? Or something regularly? Snapmirror usually works even with low bandwidth - depends on how long is your backup window.
