#AutoSupport-on-Demand not working on Smartsolve for partners

Since some weeks/months we noticed that as a NetApp partner we're not able anymore to trigger AODs for customer systems. This was working perfectly fine for many years but it looks like one of the SmartSolve updates lately broke it. The buttons are simply greyed out.

The systems are definitely configured correctly for AOD access and the autosupport check says everything is fine. I mean NetApp support is even able to invoke AODs for these systems which we noticed in some cases lately. It's only us as a partner which can't trigger them anymore.
We're also a LSC partner and it really helped during troubleshooting if we invoke new AODs or even perf-ASUPs ourselves.

Do other NetApp partner have the same issues?
Where do we report this? (can't use the Feedback/Help at the top because that's also not accessible for partners...)
