I want to use a C60 for some iperf testing on a 100G cluster port
will ontap allow me to configure one of the cluster ports (e4b for example) for data traffic?
and keep e4a as a cluster port

basically I want to use iperf (network test-link) from a lif on a4b on node1 up the network and back to a lif on a4b on node2
the system is not currently in production so no worries about affecting workloads

**edit:changed e0b>e4b

that shouldn't be a problem. You will probably need to remove the port from the Cluster Broadcast Domain though, and put a regular data LIF on it

Just to update it seems I cannot remove the port properly from the BD

Port "e4b:" cannot be removed from IPspace "Cluster" because it is shared with the HA interconnect on this system.
I am also unable to move it from the cluster ipspace
