We just started using StorageGrid and are now wondering how you handle alerting for buckets approaching its capacity limits, how does it reach the customers?
Or are you simply not using capacity limits for buckets?

I'm coming from Ontap S3 where it is very simple to set up alerts to customers in Unified Manager but here I feel lost.

I have attached my SG to NABOX, in order to monitor the capacity of the buckets, i think that you may have the possibility to create alert
Also, maybe you can create a custom alert and email it to you

The Custom alert in SG do look nice but I have no idea what Prometheus expression I could use. Is there even metrics available for "Percent of capacity limit"?

We are looking for alerting by tenant capacity in SGRID, every tenant has different owner for that we need the possibility to notify in a segment way but the SGRID don't allow to configure specific email for every tenant. Anyone has achieve to have this type of notification?
