#C30, C60,C80 HW info

I've noticed the same. At the moment it looks like that's on purpose (to not share the exact CPU model).
At least that's my feeling - after digging a bit deeper and asking questions the answer was always: These are purpose-built appliances and they are not supposed to be compared directly to the A-Series. I guess this was also the reason for choosing different names like C60 vs. A50.
As for QAT: All three newer AFF C-Series models (C30, C60, C80) support QAT. They are also based oon PCIe Gen 5 and are using DDR5 memory.
Does C800 support QAT?
No. Thats a generation or two behind
only the new systems from this/last years support QAT (except for the A20)
What are main differences between Cx0 and Cx00?
newer generation of hardware (newer CPU models, PCI gen. 5, more and faster RAM, etc. ... ) the usual when there's multiple years of development in between (the C800 is basically the A800 with QLC SSDs, and the A800 was introduced in 2020 I believe, so 5 years old by now)
A800 was released back in 2018
well I asked google and trusted the first result which said 2020 😄 then again the point was that it's rather old at this point (nevertheless it still packs a punch for most workloads)
