Hi everyone, I just created an account to access this documentation, I am seeing the exact error as in this doc: https://kb.netapp.com/Legacy/OnCommand_Suite/ONTAP_System_Manager_SAML_authentication_Shibboleth_OKTA_fails_to_identify_domain_user However, when I sign in and try to read it I am met with a message telling me I cannot access or my account is deactivated. Is there an easy way to get access. Or is anyone available to at least let me know what the fix in that doc was?
