I’m getting grafana alerting as resolved after getting issue email - here disk failure - even disk is not replaced why am I getting message resolved , any idea

@heady raven I think grafana alerting is using metric disk_labels{failed="true"} == 1. Could you check in database if this expression was true in past?

I have two more questions- 1) I want to change email theme being sent from Grafana to light not as black 2) we have some vservers having DR as initials , can we stop their volume level monitoring

Can you show me an example e-mail ? Grafana doesn’t send email normally, alert manager does, and I don’t remember getting dark theme emails. Maybe your system is dark and that’s automatic ?

@heady raven If you are using Rest collector then you can use filtering in templates to achieve this

We don't have this support for RestPerf collector currently.
