FYI: The ONTAP: Security dashboard cautions me that I should view TR-4569 and shows me a link to PDF of that document. But when I actually follow the link, I land at "ONTAP security hardening overview" in the ONTAP 9 documentation. There it is written "Beginning July 2024 ... ONTAP security documentation now includes the content from TR-4569 ...". So it looks as if that TR is now obsolete.
