#Monitor/Find large directories/files natively in CLI or API?

Im using AWS FSx NetAPP ONTAP (version 9.14.1P7 ) and got some storage alerts for a volume, but i have to actuly browse usinga client to see which directories/file are taking up the space.
Is ther some native tooling via CLI/API that i can use to see largest directories/files etc?
