If the system is supported and has AutoSupport enabled, you can use Active IQ on the Tools tab of the support site to get CPU, IOPs, and Network under the Storage Health > Performance tab for up to one year of data. If you want finer detail, longer metric timeline, more reportable metrics, alerting, and insight in to a hypervisor stack, you can deploy an appliance: Active IQ Unified Manager. For SSD wear leveling, the system will generate an event at the 90%, 95%, and 100%. If you want to know what level a drive is currently at you can run: storage disk show -ssd-wear
