The ports e0a+e0b are available on our two controllers, they are norally used for internal cluster traffic, which we do not use with our two node FMC, but can we use them for setting up an intercluster relationship to out new MCC-IP because we have a few volumes that we need to snapmirror... and we only have "management" 1G ports besides the e0a+e0b... Is it supported, and/or will it work anyway? (the system is almost empty anyway)...

If I recall this should be OK since you have other ports dedicated for cluster.
yeah if they're unused (i.e. you can see them in net port show and they're not in the Cluster ipspace) you can use them for frontend. ONTAP removes ports that it needs for HA, MC , etc. from the output of net port show so everything you see there can be used
