are there any instructions on how to install the ONTAP Select Deploy Engine on a RedHat 9?
The official NetApp documentation is unfortunately for RedHat 7:

But according to IMT RedHat 9 is also supported.
Unfortunately, the openvswitch package is no longer available under RedHat 9, but this is a prerequisite in the documentation for creating the VM:
virtualport_type=openvswitch”

RHEL distributes openvswitch rpm package that supports kernel datapath. DPDK accelerated Open vSwitch can be installed using openvswitch-dpdk package
i think the documents are referring to that install package specifically for RHEL7.x
for RHEL the packages are in the Snap Store

But i cant find the openvswitch package:
