This applies to SCW and SCWV (forgot the abrivation (there are just so many) for SnapCenter in vSphere)) 😉
We host backups for your customers and some of them (most actually) doesn't use volume encryption on their primary systems and we cannot force them to.
They just snapmirror their volumes to our systems.
We would like to enable NAE on all our destination aggregates, just to make things easier...
But will this cause any issues when a customer wants to restore an encrypted volume in their environment to non NAE aggregates? (will this be possible via the GUI, or will it fail?) My money is on that it will fail 😉
