Inherited a volume with mixed security, and wanna not have that. 🙂

If security style is NTFS, then I need to have the pcuser account configured, OR user mappings for each user, to enable NFS access, correct? Or do I need both?

it depends on how the systems are going to be connecting to the data.
If you have NFS enabled, you will need to create and manage the user mappings. If you just have CIFS/SMB enabled, they can mount everything via CIFS and use standard NTFS permissions.
We do NOT use mixed mode for anything. Ever.
