#Can not add storages in Snapcenter for Vmware plugin v5 and v6 ( upgraded )

Hello folks ,

I am trying to add an ontap 9.14p4 in a snapcenter plugin for vmware and i am getthing this :

Failed to add/update storage system information: Failed to connect to storage system 10.7.0.51.\nName or service not known

the requirements fulfilled as in the doc : https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/sc-plugin-vmware-vsphere/scpivs44_deployment_planning_and_requirements.html#space-and-sizing-requirements

have anyone seen this ?

it seems there is a KB showing how to add this by using dns / etc host editing.
