cifs share performance test tool on windows

hello,

can anyone recommend a tool that I can use to measure the throughput on a netapp CIFS share?
client is a windows 2022 server. have no linux system for tests in this environment.

diskspd is limited. I think it can only test up to a certain amount of IOPS.
