Customer is migrating data from old node to new node. Wants to know if there is a command to prioritize the vol move operation over other system operations on the source. Im not persoally aware of any.

you can use -enforce-network-throttling true on the moves you want to slow down (set the throttle through options), or use volume move pause to stop them until the important moves are done

There is a -bypass-throttling option in diag when doing vol move start. I think it's introduced in 9.8 or 9.10, pretty sure 9.10.
Otherwise you can disable BRE throttling (can get command from Support, not putting here).
