I was able to log in with no problems using a my own account and a customer test account (with OTP). Can you share some other details with me? Error messages or anything like that?
i couldn't get the site to load on safari on mac or iphone, and i haven't been able to get an otp password for a few hours... and i checked that i can receive mail and the address i entered is correct
normally the session token stays valid if one checks the "keep me logged in" but i lost my session apparently and haven't been able to login again... was going to upload some logs
did you try to delete all cookies from *.netapp.com? that has usually solved login issues for me
i removed the cookies and now it just hangs when i try to get an otp password
i restarted our beloved Edge internet solution and it's using a new build and that hasn't helped either
safari just says the server isn't responding
killed the Edge tab, new tab takes my email, still no password...
i can sign into Cisco.com... but they don't use otp...
seems like it was time to download a new nxos for the switches anyway given the field notices
I got on an NL based VPN and was able to get the OTP and log-in as well. Something else is going on there it sounds like.

Edge on mac isn't giving me any joy either, but at least the site loads and one can request an otp password... i just don't get one
Are any of your coworkers able to get an OTP email?
i think most of them are probably in bed.... one is in a marathon session with another vendor, hehe
If you're not able to get the email, it's not necessarily a netapp issue. Definitely not specific to the support site. Though, I understand that isn't really helpful.

The support site owner also got back to me and confirmed she's not aware of any issues either. I checked the Azure status pages and everything is green there too.
i have 25 tabs from netapp.com open on safari, so it's a little weird that it wouldn't load... and that my session seemed to die
ok, I guess this will just have to wait until normal business hours to see if something is jammed up on my end

finally found the culprit... seems to be an overly eager email filtering black box
but the blackbox admin says it's probably because microsoft is screwing up what's internal and external mailservers again, so things get dropped for spoofing
I love those kinds of filters.
If you find out there’s something actually wrong with the email, forward it along to me as an attachment and I’ll see what we can do. Probably not much but I’ll try if needed.
i've already done the laziest thing and just whitelisted things and we'll see if that is a bad thing or not
