I have recently started with harvest2 (was using harvest 1.6 up until now)
installed and started prometheus, but when I use the prometheus datasource and impoort dashboards I am not able to see any data in grafana.

A new user with necessary permisisons is created on the CDOT + StorageGRID, looking at the logs I see that the metrics are collected, but not opn grafana

Did you create the roles according to https://netapp.github.io/harvest/24.08/prepare-cdot-clusters/ ?

Yes i did , the same hold true for storageGRID as well

@minor sonnet Can you check if the metric cluster_new_status is present in Prometheus? Also verify on the Prometheus Targets page in the UI to ensure that the endpoints are being monitored correctly.
