#Upgrade from 3.5 to 3.5.1/2/3 not possible

Hi,

I have the following request, we are trying to upgrade version 3.5 to migrate to 4. However, the upgrade to 3.5.3 or 3.5.2 always fails at the point "Restarting Services".

Does anyone have any information on this?
