NABox 3 was working. I cannot seem to get NABox 4 to work. Can't even connect with the command-line tools. Anyone have a guide?

Are you using Active Directory ? There is a pending issue for other ldap servers

Yes, we are. Unfortunately we are a dark site and I can't share screens. I can wait for a future release, and continue using without authentication. I actually share the link in our Confluence, it is only to please the AISSO's... 😉

AD should work though. Did you try ldap troubleshooting from within Grafana admin menu ?

Interesting I’ve already deployed 10 instances and had no issues with Active Directory. Only once I had an issue with the bind user. There was an empty space at the end of the password 🙈

Oh, sorry, yes. Unfortunately I deal with another team that manages AD. We looked at account in v3 and account in v4 and they appear to have the same permissions. But I still can't find any users in the Grafana tool

Did you compare ˋldap.toml` on both ?

Got it, they were giving me the wrong fully qualified DN. Just used the username and I was able to pull info out

Aaaaah ! Happy to hear that. LDAP is often a PITA to troubleshoot.
