#Can Harvest - Harvest Event log reporting

I am new to harvest but I have used Grafana many times for other purposes.
I do not have an environment yet to test with. I am waiting for an EC2 instance to be deployed.
To me Harvest is an Exporter for Netapp Devices. Will I be able to export events and report on them? I am aware of Capacity and Performance metrics. Anyway, I am very excited to get a deployment going, I was just wondering if this was also possible. I will also be trying to use it to monitor FSXn filesystems.

Hi @tranquil hull, event log reporting - do you mean ONTAP event management system (EMS) events? If so, yes, Harvest collects those https://netapp.github.io/harvest/nightly/configure-ems/ and provides a set of alert rules for EMS events https://github.com/NetApp/harvest/blob/main/container/prometheus/ems_alert_rules.yml#L4 and an EMS runbook https://netapp.github.io/harvest/nightly/resources/ems-alert-runbook/
