Im trying to setup an on-prem connector..
I have ubuntu 24.04
I installed docker as per NetApp documents
I installed the collector (BlueXP-Connector-Cloud-v3.9.40) and .41
It installs fine and i can hit the local web URL.
Then i sign into BlueXP and after i put my OTP in it bombs out.
Anyone seen this before ?

i managed to fix this..seems when you follow the guide from NetApp it installs Docker v27.. you need to remove that and download the binaries for docker v25 install them and it will work

[1:21 AM]GregWilson: This is getting commical now.. for an On-Prem BlueXP connector i need Ubunutu 24.04, Docker between 23 and 25 and a Datasense Collector i need Ubuntu Version 22.04, Docker version does not care (at this stage but ill use 25).. This is sooooo painful... We need Appliances of these from NetApp !
[2:19 AM]Darkstar: The BlueXP connector supports 22.04, not 24.04, at least according to the docs...
[2:22 AM]GregWilson: acutally your right.. ive been on so many NetApp document pages trying to figure this out.. I managed to get it working on 24.04... at least the installer does not check unlike the data sense installer.. it bombs out with 24.04
