#What's the "official" way nowadays to size an ONTAP Select cluster?

There has been an "ONTAP Select SE Toolkit" XLS some years ago but that's gone from FieldPortal.
I think I have the last version lying around but that's still from end of 2018 (when ONTAP 9.4 got released...)
So is this still valid? Any changes in recent versions regarding any new overheads, how big is the mailbox disk, space reserved for core dumps, etc.

Also ONTAP Select has never been included in Fusion sadly.

Yes and there actually has been some a sort of renaissance lately with ONTAP Select. 2-3 years ago ONTAP Select was kind of "feature-complete", it only got the new ONTAP features every version but nothing else really.
Since about a year we got KVM hypervisor support back, support for VMware NSX-T, NVMe over TCP, even cluster-expansion is finally supported.
Also since Global File Cache has been discontinued ONTAP Select together with FlexCache is the main solution for edge-caching.

Does anybody from NetApp know who's the successor of Tudor Pascu? He was mentioned in the XLS to contact if there are questions but his mail-address bounces.

I know the Virt or Cloud team in Support handle questions about that.
