#Started getting error on downloading from ansible-galaxy since last 40 mins

When trying to download anything from ansible-galaxy, it fails with this error :
ERROR! Failed to download collection tar from 'default' due to the following unforeseen error: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden. HTTP Error 403: Forbidden

If I try to open it in the link to the collection in the browser I see the error code "InvalidAccessKeyId" and message "The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records" . I suspect the issue is with Ansible Galaxy and started around 1455 BST/ 1355 GMT.

Any idea if this is known outage or any fix. It was all working fine earlier today.
