#autosupport stuck

Hello guys, I'm having an issue when a new autosupport is being send, they are not working because they are stuck with the message "collection in progress" this is happening only from one controller and I already tried to cancel that but the message is still there.

I was googling about this issue and I found this link but unfortunately I'm not able to open with my credentials

Anyone have had the same situation in the past?

Reading through the KB, I'd suggest opening a support case. The usual cause of the issue is a corrupt cluster database. Support can assist in correcting the issue.
