Hi there, we got a new C800 4 node MCC-IP with Cisco 9300 switches included, alle delivered from NetApp.
We are a bit confused as to how the support works on the Cisco switches? Apparently we need to register the switches with Cisco in order to get the latest IOS.
But what if we need support with the switches, like a PSU, do we also contact Cisco directly, or will NetApp help us out here?
I am just curious how other customers experience this?

Yes, everything related to the switches has to be handled by Cisco.
