Hello All,

I realize that ONTAP 9.14.1 has some performance improvements when tiering data over to StorageGrid. Thus I'm going to be upgrading and I'm wondering what would be a usefull tool to track any improvements on performance. Would your recommend a default graph within the admin node or trying to use another tool like NABox or something other?

If you mean monitoring the SG itself, it does have built in graphs, but Harvest does both.

@jade turret Do you have any links on that 9.14 would have performance improvement on tering to StorageGrid? I wanted to know some real documents and technology anaylysis, not based on somebody said.

Also, did you find what you were looking for and mind to share with me?

Aggressive read ahead!
Specifically for situations where it's pulling a large read and it snags much more of the whole file, vs individual 4k blocks.
