#Aggregate Encryption... sometimes?

I am having a weird problem in Ansible. I have a playbook to create aggregates on a couple clusters. We do not use NAE, so I have specified "encryption: false" in the playbook, but when I run it, it creates the aggregate with encryption on one cluster (Cluster01), but creates it without encryption on the second cluster (Cluster02). Does anyone have any idea why that would be? The hardware is exactly the same (two AFF-A400s), and I configured them both with the same Ansible scripts, so I can't imagine what could be different between them. If I run an aggr create from the command line and specify "-encrypt-with-aggr-key false", it correctly creates the aggregate without a key.

Anyone have any idea what could be going on here? I'm attaching the playbook, the variables, and the -vvv output from both clusters. This is OnTap 9.12.1P10 and netapp.ontap collection 22.8.2.

Gonna give this a bump, because 1.5 years later, I'm still having this issue. Now on OnTap 9.13.1P10 and Collection 22.13.0.
