#cloud manager cannot communicate with CVO

having had similar issues with our setup when we were on-prem and cloud migrating, check the firewall rules/connections. Pinging doesn't mean it can actually work properly.. There are many other ports that are required to be open. If not mistaken 3128 is a key one.
it has been a while but I can go dig out my notes on the port requirements if you can't find the list on the BlueXP docs
TCP 3128 port is to send ASUP through the connector. You should check that the connector can reach out the CVO VM cluster management IP address using the TCP 443 port

I checked the ip in Azure and can do a curl to the node login page over port 443 from the bluexp connector on-premises. However, I do not see a cluster management address. Only a mode mngt.
