The case was/is 2009996388 . The VoIP gateway via Hong Kong is bad with delays, drops, calls that ring twice and stop. The EE had problems both via telephone and Teams, but I have no clue if he was at home or an office. The delays between transmission and reception are pretty bad. I could hear what I said through feedback long after I said it on the other end
I'm not especially keen on the idea of Hong Kong being used for support communication about our systems anyway. There has to be a gateway a bit farther outside of PRC reach that could be used. Singapore is one of the main fiber hubs in Asia so it may be a better choice.
The US and EU hubs work a lot better.
